We take pride in the taste and quality of our products so we are saddened that there is a problem with your order. We want to correct this error if we can, so please read this policy carefully and follow all instructions.

Please contact us at david@gilisgoodies.com within 5 business days of receiving your order to inform us of any issues with the product. We ask that you keep your invoice available as well as the original box or packaging your order came in to insure that should it need to be returned, the process is as smooth as possible.
