THERE IS NO "REGULAR DELIVERY" TO THE CENTER ON FRIDAYS-TO CERTAIN PLACE, WE CAN ARRANGE FOR A FRIDAY DELIVERY FOR A $10 SURCHARGE-PLEASE CONTACT US TO APPROVE IT

DEPENDING ON LOCATION

TO INSURE DELIVERY OF "OUTSIDE JERUSALEM" SHABBAT ORDERS, THEY MUST BE IN BY WEDNESDAY AM ISRAEL TIME

DELIVERIES TO SCHOOLS IN THE JEWISH QUARTER OF THE OLD CITY WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 1-3PM AND RECIPIENTS MUST BE REACHABLE ON THEIR CELLPHONES- IF NOT, DELIVERY CAN NOT BE MADE

Our delivery schedule for Jerusalerm and environs is Sunday-Thursday SOMETIME between 1-5...it MAY be later but we do our best to deliver in this window
Outside of Jerusalem we can not commit to any specific delivery time..only to the day

EXPRESS DELIVERY-Within one day of delivery date-We reserve the right to add an additional $5 for Jerusalem and Environs and $10 for outside of Jerusalem locations.We will do our best to deliver WITHOUT charging this charge, but please understand that if we do bill you, it is because it cost us additional monies.

Please note the following:

• 1. A minimum order of $30 is required PER DELIVERY LOCATION
   
• 2. We can not commit to a specific delivery time.
  Jerusalem deliveries are made daily between approximately 1:30-6:00 PM
  CENTER deliveries are made between 4-8PM
   
• 3. We can not deliver to all Yishuvim in the Shomron.
  Please contact us for further details.
   
• 4. Hand delivery to areas outside Jerusalem of cakes/balloons/parties is now possible...please contact us!
   
• 5. Orders for delivery outside of Jerusalem for a Thursday delivery(we have no Friday deliveries outside of Jerusalem and environs)MUST be received in our offices by WEDNESDAY AM ISRAEL TIME.
•  Orders received on Thursday for delivery "out of Jerusalem and its environs" can only be delivered on MONDAY unless you call us and we work out special arrangements..It is POSSIBLE to get some orders there on Friday..please contact us!
• 6.Deliveries received on Thursday for out of the "Jerusalem and Environs" area can only GET TO THE COURIER on Sunday and will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday, depending on frequency of delivery to that city 
• 7.If a delivery can not be delivered due to incorrect delivery information provided by the sender(not allowing for delivery), and subsequently correct information IS provided, the second delivery will be delivered at AN additional charge
• 8.Delivery at locations NORTH OF NATANYA,  SOUTH OF BEER SHEVA or IN THE SHOMRON can take up to 72 hours from arrival at the courier. We will do our best to get it there as fast as possible

• ARMY DELIVERIES-In order to deliver to specific soldiers, we MUST have the soldiers Mispar Ishi(Personal ID#) and Doar Zevaii(Army Mail #). In addition, we guarantee that we will get the package INTO the army mail system.
• Army mail can take anywhere between 2 days and 2 weeks and sometimes..
•  
• There is A CHANCE for many reasons out of our control(hungry soldiers who get their hands on the package, etc...) that the package will NOT reach the soldier and thus we can not take responsibility if it is not delivered. THIS IS NOT THE RULE, but rather the exception..but we want all senders to be aware of this.
•  
• Balloons CAN NOT be delivered to an "outlying area"
  any area North of Raanana or South of Jerusalem
